STUDIO7 is officially training from our new Washington, DC location at 1011 4th Street NW.
More space. More equipment. More availability. Same coaching standard and also an 100% private suite.
Our new home gives us the room to expand our semi-private training, private coaching, performance programming, and complete STUDIO7 experience while keeping the environment focused, personal, and intentionally different from the typical gym.
Watch the video for a look inside — and if you’re ready to train with us, your first step is booking a Welcome Session.
