This is some work from the LOWER BODY - POWER day included in my A+LULU program split. It looks this this:

This split is ideal for me and it was inspired by the @GarageStrength YouTube channel. All of the elements that are important and relevant to my goals fit into this split and build off of each other in addition I have noticed my recovery time exponentially improving.
